Practical Application

The measuring equipment and models that are available to perform a biomechanical foot analysis in an objective and quantitative manner often are too expensive, too time-consuming and too complex to be applied in daily practice. The FOOTyWEAR project can translate the valuable information obtained through these techniques into practice, thanks to the results of the measurement campaign. By comparing the results of the clinical measuring campaign with those of the qualitative measuring campaign, we can formulate tips for daily practice. Which practical methods have an enormous added value? Which are reliable, which should be avoided? What do we have to pay attention to, in order to register all the important features?
